The conditions of use applies before mailing an order as accepted.
Changes are only in individual cases effective and only after written confirmation from us.
If individual points of these conditions of use should be ineffective (Salvatori clause), the effectiveness of the remaining regulations are not affected. The inaffective regulation will be exchanged with a regulation, which comes almost to the same economic effect of the ineffective regulation.

Prices:

All prices specified in our offer are prices in EURO (€). These contain already the legal value added tax. On the day of the order the current prices always apply.

Right to exchange/revocation in accordance with Fernabgesetz of 01.07.2000

The customer has the right, to send us the commodity within 14 days after receipt in an unused, in original packaging and intact condition back.
The customer carries all forwarding expenses, which are taken off from the rufunding of the amount of purchase, but another commodity was supplied, which was not originally ordered by the customer.
Articles/goods are excluded from the right of revocation, with which the exclusion right of revocation was separately proven, and to the orderer/customer with contract conclusion admits is.
For the period keeping of the right of revocation within the aforementioned period written reports to the following address are sufficient. This is at the same time address for entitled returns.

Guarantee:

We grant naturally in the context of the legal regulations a right to exchange with defective or inappropriately processed articles.
The customer/orderer is obligated to examine the supplied commodity for obvious lack. Obvious lack as well as substantial easily visible damages of service sections are to be communicated kameraequipment.de within one week starting from supply/receipt of the commodity from the customer in writing as lack.
The legal warranty claims are first limited to rework or replacement. During failing rework or replacement the customer can require for choice reduction of the purchase price (decrease) or cancellation of the sales contract.
Without our request unfreely sent back packages and cash-on-delivery items are not accepted. These shippings go back to the sender. Laid out postage costs are not refunded.

Payment:

You have the following payment possibilities:
Prepayment as money transfer on our bank account
Pay on delivery
Prepayment as money transfer with PayPal

Supply & dispatch:
The commodity is sent away on danger of the receiver independently of the place of dispatching.
If the commodity is ready for dispatch and retards if dispatching or the acceptance for reasons, which are not of kameraequipment.de to be represented, then the customer to the ready for dispatch shank one refers.
The dispatch takes place, usually as still as possible on the day of the receipt of payment or at the following working-day in a tidy packing.
If a commodity straight is out of stock, we usually supply within two weeks starting from order entrance. With unavailability of the commodity we will inform the client as fast as possible by Mail or on the post office way, if necessary by fax.
For possible partial deliveries no further costs arise for the orderer.

During goods order with small value dispatching can take place by letter post or as packages. In this case only the actual postage costs are computed plus the at present valid VAT.
The postage costs at height of the lumped sum, in-booked automatically in the order, are computed after UPS price list. Or the customer wishes dispatching unfreely. In that case no postage costs are computed.
The exposure to loss for the special dispatching forms carries the customer, since these dispatching forms are not insured.

For not fetched or acceptance-refused transmissions we raise a cost lump sum of € 12,00.

Dispatching within European Union and world-wide are accomplished only against prepayment on our bank account.

Offers:

All offers are not-binding and noncommittal. We reserve ourselves in addition changes, improvements, mistake and writing and transfer error.

Data storage:

For the business relation necessary data are seized, stored during beginning of correspondence and placing of order considering the regulations of the data protection act with us by means of electronic data processing (EDP) and used only in permissible way.
